The Challenge

The experience was structured around real operational workflows, helping teams create inspections, manage tickets, assign tasks, track status, communicate in context, and coordinate field activity from one connected environment.
Across desktop and mobile, we simplified navigation, improved information hierarchy, and designed role-based experiences for admins, managers, technicians, inspectors, vendors, and operational staff. The platform was also planned with future AI and automation capabilities in mind, giving ResolvedX a flexible foundation for long-term growth.
