The Challenge

Operational teams often depend on scattered tools, spreadsheets, phone calls, text messages, and manual follow-ups to manage critical work. For a platform like ResolvedX, the challenge was to bring these disconnected workflows into one clear, reliable, and scalable experience.

The product needed to support both office teams and field users without creating friction, confusion, or unnecessary complexity.

  • Critical information needed to be centralized across teams, departments, and locations.

  • Inspections, tickets, tasks, and escalations required clearer workflow structure.

  • Field teams needed a fast, mobile-friendly experience for real-time execution.

The Solution

We designed ResolvedX as a scalable enterprise operations platform with a strong focus on clarity, speed, and accountability.

The experience was structured around real operational workflows, helping teams create inspections, manage tickets, assign tasks, track status, communicate in context, and coordinate field activity from one connected environment.

Across desktop and mobile, we simplified navigation, improved information hierarchy, and designed role-based experiences for admins, managers, technicians, inspectors, vendors, and operational staff. The platform was also planned with future AI and automation capabilities in mind, giving ResolvedX a flexible foundation for long-term growth.
