The Challenge
Planning a trip often becomes messy very quickly. Dates, budgets, destinations, activities, links, suggestions, and decisions are usually spread across multiple tools and conversations.
For TripSync, the challenge was to create a web app that could bring all of these moving parts into one calm, organized, and easy-to-use experience.
Trip ideas, destinations, activities, and schedules needed a clearer structure.
Group planning needed to feel collaborative without becoming overwhelming.
Itinerary details had to be easy to scan, update, and manage.

The Solution
We designed TripSync as a modern travel planning web app focused on clarity, collaboration, and simple itinerary management.
The experience was structured around the way people naturally plan trips: creating a trip, adding destinations, organizing activities, managing dates, reviewing plans, and collaborating with other participants. Instead of forcing users to jump between different tools, the web app gives them one shared place to build and manage the full travel plan.
The dashboard gives users a clear starting point for every trip, while the itinerary experience makes day-by-day planning easier to follow. Map and destination views help users understand where activities and places fit within the overall journey.
The final interface feels clean, flexible, and practical — built to reduce planning stress and make group travel coordination easier from start to finish.
